Tint Spin privacy policy

Effective date: November 5, 2026

Tint Spin ("the app") is a game published by Jorniaco ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles, why, and the choices you have. The short version: there are no accounts, no ads, no tracking and no analytics. We only store the nickname and best score you send to the world ranking.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect your real name, email address, contacts, location, photos, advertising identifier or any payment information. The app has no login and no in-app purchases.

2. Public information

Your nickname and best score are visible to everyone who opens the world ranking. Please don't use your real name or any personal information as your nickname.

3. How we use information

  • To show the world ranking and your position on it.
  • To keep the ranking fair (for example, rejecting invalid scores) and to remove offensive nicknames.

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with data brokers. We do not track you across other apps or websites.

4. Service providers

The world ranking is hosted by Supabase, which stores the leaderboard data on our behalf on servers located in South Korea. Like any internet service, the server may briefly process your IP address to deliver the connection; we do not store it in the leaderboard.

5. How long we keep it

Leaderboard entries are kept while the game's world ranking is running, or until you ask us to delete them. Data stored only on your device is removed when you delete the app.

6. Your choices and rights

  • Play offline: the game works without an internet connection; nothing is sent while you are offline (a pending score may be sent the next time you are online).
  • Change your nickname any time from the start screen.
  • Delete your data: email us at [email protected] with your nickname and approximate best score, and we will remove your leaderboard entry within 30 days.
  • Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Turkey's KVKK), you may also have the right to access, correct or object to the processing of your data. Contact us and we will help.

7. Children

The app is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Only a self-chosen nickname and score are stored. If you believe a child has entered personal information as a nickname, contact us and we will remove it.

8. Security

The leaderboard can only be accessed through limited server functions; the database itself is not publicly readable, and player IDs are never exposed. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. Significant changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
